Time allowing, we send out booking forms. This enables you to tell us of any special requirements, be they dietary or allergies. This can then be returned with a 50% deposit cheque. This may be refunded - at the discretion of the owners if cancellation occurs. Alternatively, we are now taking credit/debit card payments. You can leave your card number as a deposit.

****We will not use this number unless guests don't arrive & don't cancel by phone prior to the arrival day.****

We will then take 50% of the quoted room rate from your card. Again, this will be at the owners discretion; if guests make contact within 24hrs with the reason for not coming to the guest house, we will reconsider the 50%. 

We are currently open all year, and we are happy to take "one nighters"! If you would like to stay 2 nights or more, we would consider a discount on the above costs.
